Job Description


  • Our ideal candidate is a brand builder, one who has experience having developed and executed end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple markets. With a flair for creative concepting and good sense of brand development, s/he is comfotable with driving day-to-day marketing activities and long-term market strategies. Calm and poised, s/he thrives on tight deadlines and adapts to ever changing needs. Working closely with Scoot's brand manager, the creative agency, the media agency and even the PR agency, s/he will be part of a team who delivers on various types of impactful communications campaigns, whose role entails


Brand Marketing, Governance and Custodianship:



  • Developing and leading campaigns aligned to Scoot's brand narrative, alongside evolving the brand identity and assets 
  • Providing support to in-market teams and other departments in maintaining a clear tone-of-voice in all of Scoot's communications and marketing 
  • Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, leading the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration between departments including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Digital Experience 
  • Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for optimisation, where appropriate 
  • Managing and maintaining project and team budgets
  • Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
